House "Arms and Technologies"
Established in 1999 under the auspices of the Defense
Ministry of the Russian Federation. The main project of the Publishing
House "Arms and Technologies" was redaction and publishing the multi-volume
Encyclopedia "Russia's Arms and Technologies. The XXI Century Encyclopedia"
under general supervision of the Defense Minister of the Russian Federation.
The VTB Bank is the general sponsor of the project. Presently, 18 of 20
volumes have been published.
The Publishing House "Arms and Technologies" also
issues a lot of other print media materials related to Russian Armed Forces,
defense industry, arms and military equipment.
The Publishing House "Arms and Technologies" collaborates
with many central directorates of the Russian Defense Ministry, General
Staff, federal law-enforcement bodies, military scientific institutes,
and maintains cooperation with more than 800 companies of the defense
industry in Russia and some CIS countries.

Center of Defence Technologies and Safety (DTS Inform Ltd)
Established in 2005 for developing CD versions of the
Encyclopedia "Russia's Arms and Technologies. The XXI Century Encyclopedia"
and selling products and services of the Publishing House "Arms and Technologies"
via Internet.
The Information Center DTS Inform Ltd hosts an
on-line store where visitors can order available volumes of the Encyclopedia
"Russia's Arms and Technologies. The XXI Century Encyclopedia" and other
books of the Publishing House "Arms and Technologies" as well as CD versions
of the most popular publications.
